lols, sch lib won't be open...
anyway, speaking of school library, must must must remember to talk to the librarian about how we will be counting the hours for NYAA. i don't really get it but i keep getting the feeling that i'm being tricked into doing more than i should.
overall, i try my best in helping. i shall stress: I AM VERY VERY NEAT WHEN I WANT TO! (: haha, it's not too bad, just that once i had to carry some really heavy boxes, and my muscles ached for a few days.
and another good thing is that i get to browse around the teachers' only section. (: it's kind of interesting to see what books are so special that only teachers have access to it. but when i looked, it wasn't anything special to me, mostly teaching guides/ teaching materials and teachers' workbook (u know like the normal workbooks that we have to but with the answers already printed) which don't really interest me anyway.
besides that, it's rather boring. but i do understand that the librarians' job is boring but necessary.
i'm suddenly in the blogging mood. funny how it comes and goes. (:
oh my, i was reading a bit of the previous few posts when i spotted so many grammatical and spelling errors. AHHHHHHHH, i shall be more careful for my future posts... trying to improve my LA here!
anyway, it occured to me that i haven't shown the evidence that i saw lee min ho in person! (: yes, he did come to singapore for 1 day plus or so, and I MET HIM!! yays, the whole fangirling trip with chingyee was really fun, even though i didn't meet him like upclose or anything.
trying to upload some photos. but blogger is as usual un-photouploading-friendly.
anyway, back to the trip! (: took mrt down to the airport. reached there about 15 min before the supposed arrival time. (and OMG there was a whole mob of ppl there already!) it's kind of crazy and noisy. just a note, height is definitely an advantage. (:
just a photo of the mob of people there. really really crowded!
hahahahaha, that's him in the black shirt with some random white words. bit blurr.
another. ((((((((((((((((: not too bad photo. wished the extra ppl could go away!
face half-blocked. he's rather talllllllll. (:

seriously blocked by random person. but still can see a bit lols.
just a bit of the face! (:
urgh go away!!!!
anyway, we went to plaza sing to go to etude house cos he was SUPPOSED to go there. (which he didn't) so many ppl waiting outside etude house so we decided to go eat first. mcdonalds was real nice... anyway, we decided that it would be too boring to wait there so we went to the arcade. (: haha, then we were so bored we decided to go window-shopping around plaza sing. was rather interesting and chingyee educated me on japanese anime... entertained me rather. anyway, was fun.
spent about 2 hours just slacking around in plaza sing. then, decided to check out if lee min ho arrived yet. then we heard the announcement that he won't be coming. (or my, could u just imagine the disappointment the people waiting outside the store from like morning to 4pm in the afternoon? well, luckily i was at the airport) anyway, there was a FREE token of appreciation while stocks last, so we went to queue up for it. (: the lee min ho file! (happy happy) the queue was really long, but it went rather fast. so we just like took and got out of the way.
just another random moment after that we decided we wanted to buy a drink from supermarket. so went over, ended up drinking the sample fruit juice which was sour and organic, and i guess sugarfree and healthy, ppl around were like commenting that it wasn't sweet, i was like duhh no sugar supposed to be healthy lols. and the salesman was like i add sugar and give u coca-cola instead. anyway, enjoyed the sample, and went over to this fruit-flavoured vinegar drink booth. the samples were really really really nice. (: oh, and we heard some sale of broccoli, so chingyee and i both called our mums, and i guess hers and mine were both like buy buy buy!!!! yap, even though it was kind of random, but we bought broccoli back from the fangirling trip.
anyway, was fun. definitely enjoyed myself "stargazing". (:

chingyee's hand! (: lols, at the airport entrance, rather bored waiting for lee min ho to appear.
me, chingyee, and lee min ho file! (:

final note: YES I MET LEE MIN HO! HAH!
exercise techniques!
oh my this is really funny! (:
Physical exercise is good for you. We know that we should do it daily, but our bodies don't want us to do too much, so here's a program of strenuous activities that do not require physical exercise.
01) Beating around the bush
02) Jumping to conclusions
03) Climbing the walls
04) Swallowing your pride
05) Passing the buck
06) Throwing your weight around
07) Dragging your heels
08) Pushing your luck
09) Making mountains out of molehills
10) Hitting the nail on the head
11) Wading through paperwork
12) Bending over backwards
13) Jumping on the bandwagon
14) Balancing the books
15) Running around in circles
16) Eating crow
17) Tooting your own horn
18) Climbing the ladder of success
19) Pulling out all the stops
20) Adding fuel to the fire
21) Opening a can of worms
22) Putting your foot in your mouth
23) Starting the ball rolling
24) Going over the edge
25) Picking up the pieces
Whew! That's a workout! Now sit down and
26) Exercise caution.

school's out! (: the good old hols are finally here, yay! have got rather elaborate (and unfeasible) plans on how i'm gonna study and mug and whatever, but even i find it amusing. and having a start in chinese newspapers (which my mum emphasised rather excessively for me to read). of course life section and tv guide is the first to be read. (: oh, and horoscope too.
yes, i will study... i'll make sure of that. and seriously need to improve my languages (LA, chinese and malay!) and IH. and since i'm in MSTP, reading about math and science is a must, that means i'll be practically doing all the subjects lols. hope to finish reading the syllabus for bio and physics by this hols (chem is already finished) and start a bit on math topics. (: i guess it's do-able.
oh, so many SIAs are gonna be due soon... urgh.
holiday homework seems fine though. i thought it would pile up to a sizable amount, but it's much much much less than expected. (:
just realised that this blog is getting really really boring. of course, as usual due to my life being really boring so there's nothing interesting to talk about. generally revolving round work, choir, sleep, fangirling over obscure unknown korean/ japanese singers and actors, facebook apps, watching drama. that's really really about it. and about good enough for me. (:
post-exam activities were okkkkkk. not that i didn't enjoy myself, but i didn't not enjoy myself either. double negatives are not too hard to understand right? (: but i particularly liked the skipping-rope part. jiyeon was super funny. ((((((((((: i guessed we won't the best but we were not bad. (: and our jumping was rather inconsistent so sometimes we were a bit too close to each other, thus it was rather amusing. (:
wasn't involved in sandwich making, but got to eat a lot of the leftover food. (:
random talks/ workshops around. i was rather diao-y at the mentoring thingy. i guess my name's rather nice to remember cos the mentor just loved to call me. lols, i guess i was rather cooperative. (: and not much chances to turn to my alternative source of entertainment (ya, my book) which i brought in cos i was like right in front.
level closure was rather rushed.
oh, almost forgot to mention that report book's out. (: i'm kind of very happy with my msg of 1.00. (((((((((((((((: and i managed to hit all my targets for my grades of the year. (: well, those targets were kind of idealistic, but i still managed to, yes. (((((((((: and my percentage is rather decent, hopefully making it to top 3 in class. yay! (:
fine, that's it for now. (:

settled most of my stuff.. yay!! (: the SIA presentations in front of the sec2s were a fiasco. well, was rather nervous at first cos there were just so many people and i was the FIRST to start talking in LT2 (i think) . i guess i did fine, bullet-trained over the whole script, looked up for only a few times. oh, could feel myself talking louder and louder cos i could hear so much background noise, lol.
finished reading "beyond the blue event horizon". science fiction is really really nice. it is very very different from gateway, less emo, less of the human emotions blah, more heechee action. (: fine, not exactly but never mind. more plot i guess, and not so much emphasis on gateway.
oh, next book that i plan to read: the world is flat! ~~ lols, it's not sci-fi. (: shall try to read as much as possible! started a bit already and it's rather interesting so well finish it by the end of the weekend. just some lighter reading before i start on the real heavy (i mean in terms of mass) books.
AHHHHHH choir later. like in ?? 10 min or so. hope the sec2s will jiayou! (: we seriously need to improve so that we can make up for our small numbers.
oh my what a boring post. i shall admit that my life's been pretty boring after the exams, and i'm glad that i actually quite like a boring life... (with some jokes in between of course)
I SHALL REITERATE... DBSK ROCKS!!!!!!!!! lol, and masked rider kabuto too! (: and big bang theory for that matter. trying to find BBT season 3!!! darn can't find nice links of it anywhere.

i thought it was impossible to get tired of playing. but just after seven days or so of non-stop playing and fun, i'm kind of sick of it.
back to work and school! (:
lots and lots of things to settle.
LA SIA presentation!
Chinese SIA presentation! (i shall stress that i REFUSE to be xiaobao!)
SMP '10!
SSEF!
choir!
DBSK rocks. haha, watched ALL their banjun theater stuff that they were featured in. (: some are rather boring, but i skipped all those. just the funny and interesting parts... oh, and korean tongue twisters of english words are soooooo cute.
as usual, mizushima hiro is cute too! (:
yap, that's about it for today.

day after tmr is THE DAY!!!
lols, i'm pretty lazy to find out the details about him coming though... (seriously hope i can get his autograph!!!)
i'm so lazy to type.
the exhilaration of eoys ending still haven't set in! not that i'm not happy that eoys are over, but i'm not feeling as happy as i thought i would be. doesn't matter. i like to have so much time to waste. fine, i don't even view it as a waste of time since i'm enjoying myself. (:
why why why why are there only 32 levels in RC??? used to be only till lv 27, and when i reach lv 32 now i don't have the motivation to play anymore.
lols, farm games are boringgggg.
i think facebook games somehow don't provide the kick anymore.
i'm so sorry to my violin cos i'd been neglecting him (yes i view my violin as male, for some weird reason) for so so long. will start practising and i hope i'm not too rusty.
hope i didn't do badly for any of the papers, even though i seriously suspect i did badly for all. physics had a question that i'm rather sure was problematic, and i think most ppl agree with me. i wonder what they'll do about it. (:
shall blog next time. i'm tired from the crazy sleepover in chelsea's house!

it's been quite some time since i last blogged. lols. nothing much to say. exams coming, should be gone pretty soon. i'll pull through.
today during pccg, we had a class encouragement session, online... (that means we also "multitask" into facebook :P) anyway, i found it rather meaningful and effective. (:

in the end i didn't go to the lib. (even though i still have no idea what they're doing at bishanactive) it keeps going on with some beating music, and i have a bad feeling it's a rehearsal for tmr.
anyway, i think it occured to most of my classmates that we graduated from epgy!!!! (((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((: isn't that worth celebrating. only bad thing is that we have to return our beloved (but load super slow) tablet laptops back, which has served to be rather useful (esp during my isolation in my room). yays, actually we would only officially graduate when we get back our exam paper and hopefully all of us passed. (:
i lack discipline but i think i can still afford to chill a little longer. jiayous and i hope that i will have enough self-control to really really not blog till the end of EOYs.

i'm falling in love with... marshmallows!!! (:
half of the eoys are done (: still got a week plus to study for bio, chem and physics. and a bit more time to study for math.
i hope i did well in the exams so far. i don't feel bad, neither do i feel very good about it. it's such a neutral feeling. surprising, i never felt any excitement or nervousness whatsoever this time. i remember last year i was really stressed and determined to do well. now i'm sort of determined to do well, and more 平常心. (wonder if that's good or not)
E seems rather affected and sad for some of the papers. (so are many others in our class) but i hope u guys won't let it affect you in the next few papers. screw up one better than screw up all the subsequent ones just because of the one that u screwed up. 过去就过去了。不要让过去影响未来。
admiring the ppl who get to go off soon. i seriously hope they buy me stuff! (:
will probably be going shanghai anyway, even though i withdrew already. the new insurance policy seems rather decent and reasonable. and my name honestly honestly sounds like insurance (urgh). lols.
15 days to me birthday.
17 days to END of EOYs.
aren't u so looking forward to these days.
anyway, 21 days to lee min ho coming to singapore! (: i must must must must must must must go meet him! (fine i know u think i xiao but after exams i can crazy for all i like!)
been reading a bit of manga these days. yay, i think i prefer to read them in chinese, for some weird reason which i also dunno.
and listening to DBSK (or TVXQ) in japanese just has a different feeling compared to korean. like both versions anyway, but it's just different even though it's the same people singing.
fine, that's it for today. dunno what kind of event they are having at bishanactive but it sure is making a hell lot of sound. (library here i come!)
